The goal of the N/NE Community Development Initiative Draft Action Plan is to foster economic prosperity among African Americans and people of color by participating in, benefiting from and contributing to local, regional and global economies. This plan will guide how we invest the remaining $32 million in Tax Increment Financing (TIF) resources for economic development in the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area (URA).
